Full hookups
Enjoy the convenience of full hookups at every site.
Hookups include:
Insulated water hydrant, sewer connection, & electrical (50 amps, 30 amps, & 110 volt plug ins).
Laundry facilities
On-site laundry facilities for your convenience.
Self serve laundry is available from 7 am - 8 pm, all days of the week.
We also have a laundry service. There is a pay per pound option, as well as small and large bag monthly plans.
Fitness Center
The fitness center is accessed by membership only. For tenants of the RV park a membership is only $10/month per person. You will receive access to the weight room, as well as the cardio room.
Propane Services
We offer a pick up & drop off propane service Monday - Thursday at the park. You must sign up for the service, after which we will give you tags to hang on your tanks letting our fillers know they can be picked up. Tanks must be set out by 7 am on the morning you want them filled. Our fillers will pick up, fill, and drop them back at your site. We can only fill tanks up to 40 pounds. Currently we are charging $3.50/gallon, and all billing is done same day.
About IPP RV Park
The IPP RV Park is located 15 minutes outside of Delta, Utah, right next door to the IPP Renewed project, and down the street from the ACES project.
We are closed to the public. You must be working for one of the approved contractors in the area to stay in the park and use the facility. Please contact us to see if you are approved!

"Awesome place to stay. The staff up front are amazing they have taken the time to get to know our names and when talking to us are polite and respectful. They have so many things to keep you busy that if you get bored would be a you problem. Washers and dryers are clean and well taken care of. Gym so you can work out, play basketball or volleyball. Clean bathrooms and showers. Probably one of the most convenient places we have ever stayed !"
